How would you respond to a risk manager who says they don’t have time to participate in PARMA and/or move towards a leadership position?
I understand that time is a precious resource, but I’d emphasize that involvement in PARMA can actually save time in the long run. The knowledge and support within the network can lead to more efficient solutions and alleviate some daily challenges. Plus, moving into a leadership role not only enhances personal growth but also allows you to influence positive change in your organization, which can be incredibly fulfilling.
