Susan Eldridge Conference Scholarship

PARMA’s vision is to assist Public Entity Risk Managers in achieving success in their careers and to provide Public Entities with the support they need to make their Risk Managers successful. With this in mind, we design a conference to provide quality education and training in all aspects of risk management. To help with funding, PARMA offers scholarships for the conference from both PARMA as an association and its chapters.

The Susan Eldridge Conference Scholarship is for eligible employees of public entities.  The scholarship includes PARMA conference registration, round-trip travel up to $700, and hotel room accommodations at the lowest-priced option for the Conference host hotel for a maximum of three room nights, paid directly by PARMA. Round-trip travel at the IRS mileage rate and/or airfare, not to exceed $700.

The scholarship application deadline is October 2, 2026.

Each chapter that maintains a specified amount in its chapter treasury may also award a scholarship.
