Pulling from Jenna's 20+ years in the entertainment industry where she's had to manage 1,000+ people on various projects, Jenna tells stories emphasizing the need for aggressive optimism on a regular basis. From finding a win-win situation in order to secure a free SWAT team for one of her movies (not having them come in for free would have eaten up a quarter of the total budget) to working with some pretty large actor egos in order to get the best performance, Jenna has had to focus on solutions and keeping people happily moving toward the goal. That's what aggressive optimism is: the belief that you can overcome any circumstance in order to achieve a positive outcome.

The take aways from this talk are:
A step by step way to apply aggressive optimism to any situation Mindset game the audience can do whenever they are faced with an obstacle.
Stories and examples of how Jenna was able to use aggressive optimism on her various jobs and projects
