The City of Vernon is requesting proposals from qualified licensed Employee Benefits Brokerage and Consulting firms to provide health benefits consulting services for active, separated, and retired employees in the areas of plan design, administration of contracts, and plan renewal, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life and accidental death & dismemberment, long-term disability, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Section 125 flexible benefit plan (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), and supplemental and ancillary plans.
The City will select one firm, based on demonstrated competence and a cost effective approach to design, conduct, and assist in the administration of the City’s health benefit program.
