Workers’ Compensation – Senior Claims Examiner or Claims Examiner
Redwood Empire Schools’ Insurance Group (RESIG), located in Windsor, California, is seeking a full-time Workers’ Compensation Senior Claims Examiner or Claims Examiner to join our collaborative and service-oriented team. In this position, you will independently investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers’ compensation claims, applying sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll work in an environment that values expertise, integrity, and teamwork, while offering stability and excellent benefits.
What You’ll Bring
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience handling complex workers’ compensation claims
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to manage claims with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
• Public sector or public school experience is desirable, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
