To submit a session for consideration for please complete the submission form linked below.  The submission deadline is March 23, 2026. Please note: This deadline will not be extended.

Once you have successfully submitted your session for consideration, a copy of your submission will be sent to the email address you used.  In the event you do not receive a copy of your submission, the session did not get submitted correctly.

Note: PARMA does not pay an honorarium.  Please do not submit sessions where the speaker requires or requests a fee.  Selected presenters will receive complimentary conference registration.  All other expenses are on your own.  We suggest booking your hotel accommodation as soon as you receive your conference registration confirmation.  

In order to complete this submission, the following will be required:

  • Session title
  • Learning objectives
  • Session description
  • Session level of expertise
  • Session focus
    • Primary Focus
    • Secondary Focus
  • Speaker Name – For all speakers (do not submit speakers unless they have confirmed their availability to present)
  • All secondary speakers must be submitted to PARMA no later than November 30, 2026 for final approval.  In the unlikely event speakers have not been finalized by that date, PARMA reserves the right to cancel your presentation.
