During this presentation, we will walk through general tips and guidelines when bidding and contracting in a competitive bid environment for local public agencies. We will also address how these tips and guidelines have been impacted and need to be addressed in a post-COVID world, but a world that is still experiencing the ongoing impact of COVID. We hope to create a discussion and dialogue with attendees to address current concerns, issues and answer any questions regarding supporting local public agencies as they navigate the competitive bidding and contracting process.
