Dan Leiner is currently the Area Manager of the San Fernando Valley Cal/OSHA Consultation Services office located in Van Nuys. Dan has over 25 years of experience in the health and safety field as an industrial hygienist working in the aerospace industry, outreach projects, and with Cal/OSHA Consultation. Join Dan as he disentangles Cal/OSHA requirements for public agencies.

10:45 – 12:00 Successful Insurance Dialogue - Presenter: Richard Masters, CPCU, ARM, AAI, AIS

Senior Instructor for Insurance Educational Assoc. Richard Masters has been active in the insurance industry for 49 years and interacted with 1000s of insurance professionals in academic settings. He will review the design of insurance requirements and indemnification agreements and discuss a study of the effect of the new AIA A201 Contract, State Regulations and Standard Policy Form changes on limits required, Additional Insured status and other provisions.
