Dean Waddell
Dean is a Senior Loss Control Consultant at Keenan & Associates where he has trained more than 6,000 people across the state on how to properly respond to an active shooter event. He helped develop multiple emergency management/active shooter/security products for Keenan schools and colleges statewide. He also trained all the school sites on the Fort Irwin military base after honorably retiring as a police officer from the Lubbock Police Department in Texas. He has extensive training on active shooter response and preparedness and has a B.A. from the University of La Verne.
