Important Notice Regarding COVID-19
The State of California changed the threshold of a “mega” event from 1,000 people to 500 people. Therefore, to comply with the State guidelines, PARMA will be requiring attendees to either submit their vaccination record or submit a negative antigen test within 1 day of the event or a PCR test within two days of the event. At the expense of the attendee, PARMA will have a limited number of Antigen tests available on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the Disneyland Hotel.
Additionally, you are aware that any interaction with the public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and communicable health risks more generally. You further acknowledge that you will undertake all measures to protect your own health and well-being and those of others in attendance at PARMA’s 2022 Annual Conference, such measures include (a) wear a mask (mandatory) while indoors and attending any PARMA related functions. It is highly recommended that you wear either an N95 or KN95 mask; (b) maintaining social distance whenever possible; (c) washing/sanitizing hands frequently; and (d) adhering to Centers for Disease Control guidelines, and laws, ordinances and mandates in the locale of the conference. These guidelines are subject to change between now and the opening of the Annual Conference. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF THE REQUIREMENTS IN FORCE WHEN THE CONFERENCE BEGINS. By attending PARMA’s 2022 Conference, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to infectious diseases, including COVID-19 and agree not to hold PARMA or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. PARMA will have color coded ribbons available to attendees to attached to your badge. The badges will be as follows:
Red – Six Feet, Please
Yellow – Fist Bumps
Green – I Shake Hands

Disneyland® Hotel mandatory health waiver: Please be advised Disneyland Hotel will require you to sign their health waiver prior to entering their hotel. PARMA will be providing your email address to Disneyland Hotel in order for them to facilitate the distribution and acceptance of their health waiver.
