About the Role
The Property & Auto Claims Adjuster will handle a diverse portfolio of auto and property claims from start to finish, ensuring timely, fair, and accurate resolution. You’ll work closely with members, vendors, and attorneys to evaluate losses and apply sound judgment in your claim decisions.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Do
Investigate, evaluate, and settle auto and property claims within established authority levels
Review coverage, analyze liability, and negotiate settlements
Work collaboratively with attorneys, members, and colleagues to manage claims efficiently
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Assist with liability claims when needed (experience in this area is a big plus)

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of property or auto claims adjusting experience
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Legal experience or background in litigation support is a bonus
Liability claims experience highly desirable
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and maintain a positive attitude
Preferably located in or willing to work on-site in Weaverville, CA (remote considered for highly qualified candidates)
