The City seeks an experienced professional with a strong background in public personnel management, specifically with experience in law enforcement, workers compensation, and risk management. The Human Resource and Risk Manager will play a key role in maintaining an enjoyable work environment, overseeing recruitment, hiring, training, insurance and benefits, department budgeting, union negotiation, and policy enforcement.
