Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services, this position involves performing highly skilled and confidential administrative duties related to personnel services, employee benefits, and compliance. Key responsibilities include managing employee absences and workers' compensation claims, overseeing the district’s health and welfare benefits program, and coordinating assigned projects. The HR Benefits Specialist will also interpret policies and regulations, provide guidance to schools and district departments, and exercise independent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters.

Job Requirements

Five years of progressively responsible experience in personnel, human resources, health and welfare benefits and/or records management, or any combination of training and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities.
