Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Infrastructure Program - Alex Morales, III, Statewide ADA Coordinator

California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is conducting ADA readiness audits of local government, from “How do you publish who is your entity’s ADA coordinator” to “Provide a copy of all ADA complaints received in the last five years.”  Hear why and how Caltrans is auditing all aspects of ADA compliance by governmental entities, from postings and publications to internet sites.  This will be informative to anyone involved in ADA issues, especially the designated ADA coordinator (do you know who your ADA coordinator is?)
