Placer County’s Department of Public Works is currently seeking a Senior Staff Services Analyst (Safety Analyst) to provide professional administration of the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of continuous improvement safety and occupational health programs that proactively protect employees.

This position requires a high degree of independence in the application of program responsibilities along with a thorough knowledge of applicable laws, procedures, and regulations affecting safety operations.

Experience: Three years of increasingly responsible work experience conducting detailed analysis requiring the preparation and submission of findings with recommendations, including one year at the Journey level.

Training: Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public or business administration, government, political or social science or a related field.
