Job Title: Client Service Specialist

Job Description 

The Client Service Specialist directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets, and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. This position will successfully and profitably manage an assigned group of accounts, build, and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
Essential Functions

1. Serves as the primary account liaison to clients.
2. Plans, lead, and directs activities related to client services with the primary responsibility of maintaining, retaining, and growing client relationships.
3. Ensures service delivery exceeds client expectations and drives a superior customer service experience.
4. Accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned clients or group of accounts within Venbrook Claims Services.
5. Consistently meet or exceed benchmark expectations for clients.
6. In partnership with the Business Development, Marketing and the rest of the Client Service team, the Client Service Specialist will have a key role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
7. Responsibilities will include cultivating relationships with the buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.
8. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
9. Works in a self-directed manner.
10. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
11. Travel throughout southern California is required

Job Requirements 

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Professional designations preferred.
3. Minimum of three years of client service and/or claims management experience.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software (Salesforce, Excel, Power Point, Stewardship Reports, and claims is mandatory)
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
