Job Title: Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor

Job Description 

Under the direction of the Associate Vice President of Claims, the Claims Supervisor is responsible for the overall work product of a claims unit comprised of Claims Adjusters who manage assigned inventories. This position offers an exciting opportunity for the Claims Professional who is compassionate, organized, and able to manage their time within a high-performing team!

Minimum of five (5) or more years of progressive technical claims experience, demonstrating a high degree of judgment and discretion, is capable of providing adequate guidance on complex claims and can negotiate settlements effectively.

Experience is important but you will also need these characteristics to help you be successful in this role:
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

· Strong organization, planning, and execution skills, with ability to meet deadlines consistently
· Attention to detail
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
